At Holometabolism, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
